Chatham Peace Initiative -a community gathering for peace . . . We are residents of Columbia County, NY, who first came together in the fall of 2002 to vigil in protest of the looming war in Iraq. Click for Albany area bus information. A SECOND BUS IS BEING SHARED BETWEEN GIRO (BCC) AND ALBANY. UNLESS THERE ARE ENOUGH FOR THE SECOND BUS, IT WILL HAVE TO BE CANCELLED. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE.
On Janurary 27 from 12 noon to 1pm on the Chatham Village there will be a demonstration in solidarity with the march in Washingon for an immediately withdrawal of all troops. Bring signs.
