ECDTWCS envisage a society which is in prosperity, equity and genuinely democratic.

The Ecological and Community Development for Tribal Women and Children Society located in the remote tribal hilly area in the North-East part of india,is a christian society established in the year 1992 with a view to promote the socio-economic conditions of the poor tribals of the region.Over the past the organisation has taken up various activities in association with poor villagers with the contribution of the members and well wishers.

The target group of the organisation are women,children,downtrodden and disadvantaged people.The organisation mainly concentrates on education,health,environment and self generating income.The organisation stands as an agency for creating awareness of various problems such as AIDs,ITetc.It is also the main objective of the organisation to uplift the coditions of the tribals instead of leaving them far behind and backward in this fast changing globalised world.Help us in realising the dream of the poor tribals and make this world a better and happier place to live in.

ECDTWCS mission is to conduct an extensive, intensive and participatory process of Sustainable Development through empowerment of the people.
