About [Edit]
The Feminist Majority Leadership Alliance (FMLA) of the University of Iowa is part of the Feminist Majority Foundation's campus program.
Our Campaigns
FMLAs and affiliates are united in a national movement through the Feminist Majority Foundation’s Choices program. FMLAs work on a range of feminist issues, including:
1) conduct public and peer education about the issues at stake affecting women and youth; and promote the inclusion of youth perspectives in the national political debate.
2) music journalist Sue Cummings, and the Feminist Majority Foundation in the fall of 1991 to support safe and legal abortion.
3) Around the globe women face social, economic, and political barriers to reproductive healthcare
4) Advocate for improved women’s health services on campus. Work with their campus health center to increase availability and accessibility of reproductive health services, in particular emergency contraception. Educate your peers about critical reproductive health services for young women.
