Mission Statement:



The initial Goals of the Naamans Creek Watershed Association are to stabilize the quantity and improve the quality of the water in Naamans Creek and its tributaries by:



1. Proceeding towards goals with a non-adversarial, consensus-based approach to obtaining cooperation between local communities, commercial owners and government agencies which own land and influence development along the creek



2. Establishing the present condition of the watershed.



3. Obtaining formal and informal data on history and conditions along the creek and it's tributaries



4. Working towards restoration, focusing initially on the healthy areas and linking them to provide corridors of connectivity.
