Centre for Overall Developlment [COD], a non-governmental development organization, based at Calicut, Kerala, India, is working with the rural poor in two districts in the state of Kerala. COD was established in the year 1989, by the Diocese of Thamarassery, who are committed to development as well being of people in need, particularly marginalized communities. COD works with communities irrespective of their caste, creed and religion. COD is a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act [1860].
