Entrepreneur Commons™ is a not-for-profit for and by entrepreneurs dedicated to helping them finance their ventures. We provide a platform hosting a social network of entrepreneurs, which promotes mentoring between entrepreneur members and which manages a seed investment fund. The whole idea is to build a blueprint for others to use. Please share your own experience of implementing this model or similar ones in your local area.
I am an environmental designer based in L.A. and the Midwest. I design and build sustainable architecture that is energy efficient using the latest clean battery storage, wind and solar. We also include water purification, and vegetable gardens as part of the designs. I would like to dialogue with entrepreneurs interested in taking advantage of the depressed housing market to create an inventory of really "Green" WHOLEarth Homes. We need to demonstrate the real value of a sustainable home so that people have a choice in the market.
