Since its foundation in July 2003, Create has run 620 creative workshops for over 5,000 participants and worked with dozens of inspirational artists. Create’s mission is to use the creative arts to help transform the lives of those who are vulnerable or disadvantaged. It does this by engaging top professional artists across a wide range of artforms who can inspire, encourage and motivate people of all ages to explore their creativity, develop existing and new skills, grow in confidence and have fun! Above all, Create's projects aim to help every participant fulfil their potential and gain a sense of self-worth.
