About [Edit]
AIPC-PANDORA is a non-profit organisation which has the global objective to study and understand different cultures, in order to discover and spread their values, promoting their integration and fostering learning, communication and dialogue between each of them.
Our guiding principle is that of equality of opportunities in the education and progress of each culture with the guarantee of respect to human rights and liberties. As such, high-priority is given to activities related to non-formal education, always in an intercultural context, and activities that foment the progress and mobility of the people of the world.
In AIPC-PANDORA, we work towards integration through three types of actions or programs:
- Integration through the MOBILITY of people in the world. Actions such as getting to know different places abroad, supporting voluntary work for a needy group, living in a different culture and learning languages, are experiences that contribute to people opening their minds, that encourage communication and exchange and that show how to live together with respect and solidarity.
- Integration through SOCIO - CULTURAL TRAINING. Within this section we develop courses as much as for people who need to be trained for their personal and working future as those who want to work with groups with fewer opportunities and those who are interested in social and intercultural dialogue. For all the courses we use our own methodology which is based on the principles of Education for Active Citizenship and Education in Values, with methodologies directed at a multicultural public and with the basis of social prevention.
- Integration through EMPLOYMENT. For any adult, insertion into the labour market is an inalienable right. Helping them make this right a reality is a fundamental objective for an organisation that works for integration.
