To create self reliant lifestyles, friendly and safe environments with clean abundant resources for all. Our communities will redefine living in an urban setting to be the model that is productive, peaceful and in harmony with nature.

Our vision is a future Los Angeles that will defy the myth of sub-standard living in a mega city. This will be achieved by creating communities that are as successful as natural forests; healthy, diverse and resilient.
