Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) was established in 1984 as a 501(c)(3) Colorado non-profit corporation. It was founded by a group of concerned advocates with a will to address issues of healthcare and housing as solutions to homelessness. Since its inception, the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless provides a range of healthcare services, housing and supportive programs for both families and individuals.
The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children and individuals throughout Colorado. CCH advocates for, and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well being and stability of those it serves.
Since 1984, CCH a 501 ( c ) (3) nonprofit organization, has brought together concerned individuals, agencies providing emergency food and shelter, housing providers, religious leaders and representatives from business and government to address the problem of homelessness.
