Independent Agency for Volga Ecological Information is a noncommercial organization that disseminates ecological knowledge and ideas both inside Russia and outside its borders. Information in the AVE-Info Bulletin is directed at newspapers and journals seeking information about ecological issues in Russia. Material found in the bulletin may be used without payment; however, the agency requests that they be given authorship or source credit. Dozens of bulletins in different regions regularly publish their information.
