About [Edit]
CTC wants to contribute to social development in Georgia and the Caucasian region by promoting the ideas and values of Civil Society and by strengthening governmental and non-governmental actors in enhancing the impact of their developmental programmes and projects.
With its training and consultancy services, CTC aims at lasting improvements in the participating organisations. Therefore, it strives for
- professional quality
- strong orientation on practice
- participatory methods
- adaptation of modern Western management approaches, taking into account the specific local socio-cultural and historical environment
- considering gender aspects in all phases of organisational and project planning
- harmonisation of economical and ecological aspects
- promotion of cooperation and networking among all relevant stakeholders.
Internally, CTC conceives itself as a learning organisation. Partnership with clients is not perceived as a one-way relation, but as an opportunity for mutual development, a continued improvement of quality and a flexible adaptation of its strategy to a fast changing environment.
