University of the Wild is an Earth-based higher education program that offers mentored, self-directed and experiential learning and living in community. Combining contemporary and ancient wisdom, the curriculum integrates self, community and the natural world. Through its residential programs, intensives, and college and university partnerships, University of the Wild is at the forefront of growing a new and sustainable culture.
Program highlights for 2009:
1. The Ecological Living Project - A 5 week exploration of Sustainable Culture, June 2009
This is our flagship residential program that takes participants into the inner and outer worlds of sustainability. Join us for this inspiring experience of growing the world we envision.
2. The Wild Earth Intensive - Wisdom of our Hearts, Wisdom of the Land, June 10-19, 2009
A 10-day intensive focused on living sustainability from the inside out, in each moment of our lives.
3. A 9-day guided Vision Quest, June 24 - July 2nd
A journey into the heart of our inner and outer wilderness, to deepen our connection to earth, our soul gifts and our healing path.
