Objectives: Its objectives are to provide legal aid to under privileged persons in the society; to provide community legal education; to act as a catalyst in the establishment of a national legal aid policy by the Government; and to work to promote the observance of human rights in all their aspects -- civil, policial, economic, social and cultural.
