SOLID is a non-profit society dedicated to support and empower HIV-AIDS affected families in sub-Saharan Africa. In partnership with VIDEA and other community organizations, we aim to provide a model for other communities to join us in the fight against poverty and HIV, resulting in committed global friendships.

SOLID identifies and supports sustainable, community led projects that address health and education, and promote economic self-reliance.

Through committed global friendships and creative public engagement activities, people are mobilized to contribute however they are able in the fight against the global AIDS pandemic.
