About  [Edit]

San Jai (Of One Heart) is a group of Christian organizations committed to reducing the vulnerability of women and children. San Jai meets 4 times a year to share learnings, encourage one another and work cooperatively.

San Jai is affiliated with Viva Network

"Viva Network makes a real difference in the lives of our children."

"Viva Network enables us to pursue goals that transcend organisational boundaries."

Viva Network is a global movement of Christians passionately concerned for 'children at risk', committed to every child having the opportunity to become all that God intends.

A global movement

The interdenominational Viva Network movement is open to all Christians, and values wider collaboration with all who work for children. It involves over 60 International Associate agencies and many church streams. Together, the movement aims to:

Improve quality of care for children
Increase action on behalf of children
Influence decision-makers to promote justice for children

Viva Network defines ‘children at risk’ as persons under 18 living in situations which may include:

* disabling or bonded child labour
* war and other forms of violence
* sexual abuse and exploitation
* disease, drug abuse or disability
* neglect, loss of family or primary care-giver
* extreme poverty
* oppressive institutions
