Background: A.B.F.C.J. was founded in 1991 to implement new innovations of a democratic society.
Objectives: To achieve the compliance of the Bulgarian Legislature regarding requirements of international instruments concerning human rights and womens rights.
Activities: A.B.F.C.J. are involved in projects to improve Bulgarian legislation concerning family, children and women's rights. They are also involved in the dissemination of information about human rights and international law.
