To unite non-government organizations whose goal be the welfare of cultural communities by favoring networking and exchange. To intervene before the public health and social services establishments, as well as before the various levels of government in order to pormote the rights of this clientele to health and social services. To organize programs and activities in order to sensitize and educate the general public, the staff and the policy makers of the health and social services. To offer services that facilitate integration and application of health and social services to persons residing within ethnocultural communities.
