AGAS is an indigenous organization re-organized in 1986 from the original Abra Cultural Minorities Association (ACMA). In a general assembly on Dec. 8, 1986, a new set of by-laws and officers were drawn up and elected by the body
OBJECTIVES
1. To serve as a forum for the tribals (Tingguians or Guimpong) of Abra for their common concerns and problems.
2. To promote unity, cultural appreciation, youth development, cooperative development, capability building and environmental protection.
