About [Edit]
WWF is one of the world's largest independent conservation organizations. WWF’s mission is to stop the degradation of the planet's natural environment and to build a future in which humans live in harmony with nature by:
* conserving the world's biological diversity;
* ensuring that the use of renewable resources is sustainable; and
* promoting the reduction of pollution and wasteful consumption.
WWF Greater Mekong coordinates the growing portfolio of projects from offices established all four countries, and has developed good relations throughout the region with government agencies, local research institutes, and NGOs involved in nature conservation and the protection of the environment.
Goal Statement
The biological diversity of Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam is valued and conserved by present and future generations
