Berkshire Litchfield Environmental Council is a group of citizens acting together as an advocate for the natural environment of Berkshire and Litchfield counties. BLEC's mission is to identify and respond to potential environmental crises; educate the community for greater awareness of relationships with the environment; and participate in shaping the decisions that affect the environment.
