The health of patients should come before the financial wealth of HMOs, drug companies and other health care corporations. FTCR fights to build a safer health care system that covers everyone by eliminating waste, fraud and profiteering.

FTCR fights in legislatures, courts and through the media to hold corporations and unresponsive businesses accountable.

Patients injured by an incompetent doctor, negligent hospital or a provider’s error deserve the right to justice and their day in court. The right to trial by jury is, after all, the 7th Amendment to the Constitution. But politicians, the insurance industry, and the medical lobby want to take that right away.

We specialize in the areas of insurance and health care reform, public official accountability, and billing and other service abuses by cell phone companies and other corporations. We also defend in the courts legislation and ballot initiatives that FTCR has sponsored.
