About [Edit]
we promote arts as a means for personal development and civic action, to strenghten the ties among different social and ethnic groups living in our community.
We do advocacy for the rights of the unprivileged groups (immigrants, disadvantegad youth, women), offering free consultancies and material support.
We promote the making of a open society based on respect between cultures, by organizing intercultural events with ethnic groups, based on a creative approach (festivals with music, food, debates, exhibitions).
We promote social forums in which different ngo's can cooperate to form pressure groups on meaningful issues concerning local and global affairs (environment, human and civil rights, social and economic justice, anti war movements, political reforms).
The centre is a grass rooted community centered organisation located in a low class neighborhood, active also in international solidarity projects with West Africa (street children in Ghana) and Palestine (partenrships with palestinian art groups).
