We believe that there are two forces at work in the world: positive-motive and negative-motive forces.  Many successful musicians—such as Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and Kurt Cobain—died indirectly from the success they couldn’t handle. Many other music stars almost destroyed their lives with the use of alcohol and drugs. Our philosophy is based upon the wholeness of developing the complete personality—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Talent alone is not enough to truly succeed and there is a difference between true success, which has a lasting positive influence on the world, and false success, which is temporary and self-indulgent. We do believe that every artist needs to be recognized, but it is more important for the artist to be influential for good in the world rather than a star that has become tainted by greed and ego.
