About
21 Acres, Center for Local Food and Sustainable Living, is looking for an experienced, non-profit leader to serve as the organization’s first full-time executive director. A minimum of five years organizational leadership and capital campaign experience. Knowledge of the non-profit sector, ability to build a young organization and lead a capital campaign effort. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Experience in advocacy appropriate to 21 Acre’s mission and values consistent with 21 Acres mission. Excellent fundraising skills critical. Salary range $67,000 to $79,000 depending on experience (DOE) and will include annual cost of living and merit increases. A monthly benefits stipend will be negotiated.
