Calling All People Who Care About The Earth and Her Future

We are looking for Bay Area volunteers who can share 2 to 5 hours per week to help us create the world's largest diverse community gathering in Golden Gate Park this summer (June 20-22, 2008) called THE BIG ONE. Imagine a huge convergence devoted to local activists and non profits who are improving their communities.  We will gather them together to celebrate the rich array of collaborations that are advancing sustainability, public health, youth empowerment, local leadership, social justice and economic democracy and much more.

We will focus worldwide attention on Culture Change, Cooperation and Post Commercialism in partnership with Wiser Earth, Tech-Soup, Net2 and other media stars guided by sustainable values of The Urban Permaculture Guild, Architects, Designers and Planners for Social Responsibility and other innovators.
