As permaculture & ecological farm designer I am connected to several projects (2 in the Hudson Valley, one in CT) that are in need of part- or full-time farmers. The clients are excited about ecological agriculture and permaculture, and ready to open conversations with people about agriculturally developing the land.

Applicants must show competence and attention for diverse ecological farming enterprise in a number of the following areas:
• Permaculture food forests, forest gardens & agroforestry areas;
• Mixed-fruit orchards;
• Small fruits, berries & hardy kiwi + grape vineyards;
• Organic annual & perennial vegetable production w/ no-till beds & greenhouses;
• Rotational grazing layouts & keyline patterns for larger livestock

• Composting, worm composting, and aerated compost tea production;
• Short-rotation coppice biomass production for heating & biofuels;
• Gourmet and medicinal mushroom production;
• Wetland agriculture, aquaculture & pond polyculture systems.
