We are looking for a 3rd partner to help get us off the ground.  We have a solid concept and plan, and believe we can make the combination of bio-compstables & compost carting work as a profitable business.

 We are activley speaking with carting companies and the local food industry.  By getting the business together now, we will be in a prime situation as composting becomes a larger and larger part of the industry and government regulation.

Primarily searching for someone with experience in entrepreneurship and start-ups.

Our strengths lie in strategy, concepting and relationships.

Our weakness are business start-up fundementals such as financial planning and cost analysis.  This is primarily where we are looking for a 3rd.  We need to reconcile the savings of carting compost (estimated at 20-30% of carting costs) vs. increases in costs for biocompostables (cups, plates, napkins etc.) over disposables.

The idea is for someone to start on part-time basis as we get going and then moving to full-time once the business picks up.
