Duties include:
Continued implementation of a comprehensive Perennial Polycultural food forrest.
Zones 1-2 Garden and Orchard management
Zone 2-3 Animal Husbandry, 2 jersey cows, 30 chickens and 3 ducks, previous animal experience is a plus
zone 3-4 design implementation of water catchments, forest gardening and grassland management
Greywater, roof-water harvesting and alternative energy systems development
estimated 40-60 hrs a month, based on experience.

Compensation is a work trade agreement for a private dwelling on the 500 acre ranch.
This dwelling is located next to the owners home and the situation is semi communal. The dwelling space consists of a 24 foot Yurt with Spacious decks, a kitchen and bath house, garden space, storage and laundry room. Amazing Views of the grand pacific, Elevation 900 feet, 1/3 mile from ocean with private beach access.

The  property is located in central Big Sur, 30 miles south of Monterey.
