About

Look over our website:

http://www.madronacenter.org/

We are an emerging organization, in existence for the last five years, looking for people

interested to live on Guemes Island and develop the Arts, Permaculture and Sustainable

Living.

We are presently forming an artisans coop which will be designing and constructing

"portable living structures", commonly know as gypsy wagons, for Madrona workers

and the public at large. Recently, we have partnered with:   http://www.sadpnepal.org/

in the development of permaculture design for the five farms that make up SADP-Nepal.

In support of that initiative, we are partnered with:   http://awish.net/Asia/social_ecology.html

Organic Farming and Permaculture Design are ongoing and we plan a certification  course

this summer. Art and Craft courses will be available this summer.  Want to know more,

please contact me:
