Charles House is a community eldercare center providing daytime care and a life enriching activities program for older people in the care of families and caregivers.

We have an opening for a part-time Program Facilitator to work with a dynamic team leading activities, the daily program and providing personal care for up to 22 participants per day. We are looking for a person with an affinity for older adults and experience working with people with memory loss.
