DESCRIPTION AND BACKGROUND

The National Area Based Development Program (NABDP) is one of the national
programs of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD),
funded and supported by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
Operational since July 2002, the NABDP has been instrumental in helping

regeneration and livelihoods.
