About

Steward the PartnerShift Alliance through its next major gathering in July 2008, grounding systems for management and facilitating network coherence including, but not limited to:

 

1.         Budget Management

·         Maintain and share transparent budget with Alliance

 

2.         Establish Web Presence

·         Hire and Manage web developer

·         Design Website

·         Write web copy

 

3.         Convene Meetings

·         Monthly partner calls

·         Weekly committee meetings

·         Synthesize and Distribute meeting notes

 

4.         Alliance Outreach

·         Work in partnershift with Alliance to determine strategy for invitations to new partners

·         Generate invitations by calling, emailing, and meeting with PartnerShift candidates

 

5.         Partnership Network Empowerment

·         Establish system for tracking the collaborative learnings and practices of PartnerShift Alliance

·         Create and distribute monthly PartnerShift Alliance Newsletter

 

6.         Summit Production

·         Manage invitations

·         Coordinate venue, meals, lodging

·         Steer Summit content creation

 

2.  Cultivate Stewardship Council and facilitate the design of a long-range strategy for funding of PartnerShift Alliance including creating buy in with Wisdom Circle and extended partnership.

 

 

One Year Starting Budget

$            5,000            Budget for web site including graphic design work

$          10,000            Budget for the production of the next Summit

Avenues we are considering for funding are:

  • Generation of revenue based on Greenhome.com or another business opportunity
  • Seeking organizational contributions in the form of dues or sponsorship
  • Seeking individual contributions
  • Move forward to create business plan and seek funding from foundations
