Natural Home Cleaning Professionals

Natural Home Cleaning Professionals is an eco-friendly housecleaning service founded with the support of the non-profit organization WAGES (Women's Action to Gain Economic Security).  Our mission is to promote the social and economic well-being of low-income Latina women through cooperative business ownership.  We provide top quality housecleaning services and client care while supporting the economic independence of Latina women, protecting their health, and that of our clients and the planet.  We won “Best of the Bay” in 2008, and are looking for an additional team member who can help us keep up the quality service we’re famous for.

All of the cleaners and administrators are co-owners of Natural Home Cleaning Professionals. We share responsibility for key business decisions and share all profits. By working together to develop our own business, we overcome the isolation and vulnerability that are typical for women working in the housecleaning industry.

 

About the Position

The Operations Assistant will work Monday through Friday, 10am-1pm, taking charge of daily administrative preparations for the following day’s work.  Top bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and a mature phone manner are essential, as is a commitment to customer service and attention to detail. 

 

The Operations Assistant would join the existing three-person administrative team at Natural Home Cleaning, and reports to the General Manager.  As we are a fast-growing business, there is good potential for expansion of hours and responsibilities over time.  We offer a positive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.
