Zola Coordinators are paid 20% commission on all sales. Zola's products are a selection of some of the best environmentally friendly products on the market today. Since we do not manufacture these products ourselves, there is not a large mark-up and thus the multi-level compensation model is not feasible. Hence, there are no uplines or compensation tiers. You will find that our prices are based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), so we are competitive with any of the other retailers for these products.

 

"Coordinator" means to harmonize in a common action. "Coordinator" also implies that you are of equal importance rather than part of a hierarchy. This ties in to Zola's compensation model of single-level marketing, meaning that you receive commission only on the items that you sell.

 

You are not be required to recruit other Coordinators nor are you expected to meet sales quotas.
