Description:
We are looking for an outstanding person to lead our policy and advocacy work. You will be joining a dynamic, committed and exciting organisation working with partners in Africa, Asia and Latin America, based at our office in London. You will be a key member of our small strategic management team.
This is a full-time (35 hours per week) post. Salary is £37,010 per annum, with 7% contribution to your own pension scheme.
Profile:
- You will have demonstrable expertise in women’s rights and gender issues, with extensive experience of policy and advocacy work in international development.
- You will also have strong political judgement and representational skills, with knowledge of UK and EU political institutions and processes and the ability to influence them.
- You will combine an outward- looking perspective with the ability to inspire and lead our staff internally.
- You will also have an interest in increasing our impact through the media and campaigning.
