If you have a question that doesn't appear on the FAQ section or within the Tutorial, or if you simply want to contact someone involved in the community, choose one of the options below

1. Leave a comment or question in the WiserEarth Help Desk.
2. See the "Volunteer Helpers" list below.

To begin a conversation with a helper: Click on one of the names below. Click on Send me a message which appears in the right column of the profile page, as shown here in this screen image. Type in your message, question or issue in the box provided. Press 'send'. Your Helper will try to respond to your question within the next 24 hours. If your Helper has responded, you will see an 'Unread Message' at the top of the screen when you next log in. Click on the link to read your message.

NOTE: you must register on the site to use the internal messaging. To do this, click on 'Join' on the top right of the screen and follow instructions.

If you have a good understanding of how to use the WiserEarth site and wish to volunteer to help others on WiserEarth, please add your name, your area of help and a link to your profile below. (Note: You need to be a WiserEarth editor to become a Helper. Learn more)
