World Fair Trade Day (WFTD) is a worldwide celebration and promotion of Fair Trade. Fair Trade Resource Network, the coordinator of WFTD in the US, is working closely with the newly-launched Fair Trade Towns Initiative and other leading Fair Trade organizations to make WFTD 2008 an exciting and challenging opportunity to raise consumer awareness of Fair Trade alternatives throughout the United States. The 2008 WFTD plans on being the biggest and best the US has ever seen.
