The Current global crisis synopsis

I feel and sense that our current state of global affairs is the result of the Global public getting a mixed or confusing message from global governments.
Governments have in a sense been saying for some time now that the planet and environment are in an ever increasing global warming crisis and that this crisis is caused by humans and inappropriate human activity.
Then the government seems to wonder perhaps why there is this current economic crisis which is seemly caused by a lack of consumer and investor confidence in the governments and markets of human activity.
Though this seems the logical result or consequence to the Governments somewhat  mixed  compounded  and misunderstood or blind environmental message that thus seems to demonstrate their lack of insight into the global and compound nature of the problem because it seems not understood by Governments and the public in general perhaps that the environment and economy are intrinsically  linked conditions and mechanisms. It is no wonder  then that this same old talk of fixing or getting the economy rolling again is  instinctively  being sensed and ignored by the public as unworkable because the public can see or sense and know then that this will simply thus make the environmental crisis worse.  This then is causing the kind of global paralysis and confusion we are seeing in both the public and the governments and markets as well because this problem or occurrence is perhaps the result of an insidious built up of these factors  that has been some 2000 to 200 years in the making. It does seems to suggest thought or to be clearly saying or evident to us or to me anyway that the governments understanding to this situation and problem is somewhat incompetent or inadequate and that they simply don't know seem to know what  their right hand is doing from their left.

A Tentative Solution or Proposal to be crafted

For the Global Governments ie G 20 to create or draft a new kind of ecological economic model that directly ties the environment and economy together  rather than the previous classical economic model of the G7 that tied the economies to military might. This might be done through an environment and economy resource budget setup and expenditure or ? , so that there is a more symbiotic relationship between the two and that can then  help to avert or avoid this and any future global environmental heat up and economic melt down.
