Our Vision is for access to justice for all Hutt Valley people, especially those with low income or other significant barriers to accessing Justice.  We achieve this vision through the consistently providing an excellent legal service, putting people first, prioritising those most at risk, responding to changing community needs through best practice and innovation in all aspects of its Governance, Management and Administration and increasing awareness of legal rights and responsibilities while promoting self-reliance and access to justice.
