| ANTHROPOCENE | The current geological age, viewed as having begun about 200 years ago with the significant impact of human activity on the ecosphere—climate change, biodiversity crisis, pollution of land, sea and air—and whose unprecedentedness calls for a global consciousness shift.

| This group is designed to discuss new and innovative ways to raise awareness on today's critical environmental issues. Awareness building initiatives might be the key component to change the world we live in and to make it a better place for humans and other lifeforms alike.

| We encourage members to discuss four main realms: the Universe, the Earth, the Biosphere and Human Societies. Only by interlacing those domains may we achieve the rise of a wise worldview that is meaningful for every humans and that bind them to a common fate. |
