About
The Ecology of Leadership curriculum offers an inquiry-based, community-supported, and nature-sourced pathway to engaging our passions and gifts in the world through self-awareness, service, creativity, and regenerative practice.

The EOL journey is rooted in the notions that:
influences our leadership
- our "inner landscapes" - beliefs, mental models, and patterns of thinking - are intricately
linked to how our leadership manifests in the world
- leadership emerges more powerfully when certain skills, mindset, and patterns of being
are developed in the context of a community that witnesses, supports, and celebrates
each step of the journey with us
Ecology of Leadership circles are gathering for 1-day workshops, 5-day Immersion courses, and 5-month intensives currently offered through the Regenerative Design Institute headquartered in Bolinas, California. You can connect and learn more about current circle members and alumni - as they each create their profiles and provide content - by checking out the San Francisco Bay Area and Santa Barbara Leadership Circle groups (2006, 2008, 2009, etc.) here on WiserEarth linked to this main EOL group. For a full program description and for the latest EOL news, please visit the Ecology of Leadership (EOL) page at the

Stay tuned for more Ecology of Leadership circles forming through Immersion and 5-month programs coming up in Bolinas, Santa Barbara and beyond in 2009 and 2010.
Using this hub, we hope you will take the opportunity to explore the Ecology of Leadership community, scan alumni profiles, get involved with current and upcoming projects, and network with other leaders.
We invite you to become a member of this group. Come back often, stay connected with one another, and please be in touch with us if you feel we could be of help in starting a leadership circle in your area.
