18 novembre - Latest Update - we have started using Launchpad for the next phase of translation work...
We are currently translating the WiserEarth interface using Launchpad to help us carry out the interface translation work (navigation/error messages etc). This is a site that supports and manages the development of open source software.
Just to clarify - we are using this group to link us to the Launchpad software - but we are using the actual group pages here for the WikiPage translations (about pages, FAQs, Community Guidelines etc) - these do not appear in the Launchpad translation software, so need to be carried out separately.
Take a look at the Launchpad Tutorial for information on how to get started. Do let me know if you'd like to help or have any questions as you go (and do make translations reviewable where possible).
It would be very helpful if you are pretty familiar with the WiserEarth site for this translation work. Thanks a lot Camilla

Comment nous allons co-editer les traductions....
Thanks to everyone that volunteered to help out with this work. My suggestion would be to share out the work as follows
(please feel free to add comments to the discussion board as you progress on how we can improve this):
1. Take a look at the different translations listed below that we would like to do
2. Put your name down next to the translation (click on the little pencil under this module) which you would like to do based on how much time you have (there are shorter and longer translations)
3. Add an estimated time/completion date based on your available time.
4. When you've worked on the translation, add in the new time left or when you've completed it, add completed/fini.
5. If there is anything you don't understand in English or aren't sure the quality of the translation, underline it and we'll review it later.
5. Once translations are complete, I suggest that each translation is reviewed by one other person
6. As a thank you for helping me us this, I would like to send each of you a copy of Blessed Unrest written by Paul Hawken (who was the visionary behind WiserEarth), so let me know your address (camilla).
A Few Tips for Editing WikiPages
- You can do the translation directly on the WikiPage if you choose, but you may want to do it in Word (or using another software) and then import it to the WikiPage that you're working on (click on the 'W' sign on the WikiPage toolbar to copy your Word content into the Wiki)
- Click on Save every time you make changes (just in case your computer crashes)
- You will not be able to carry over any formating from Word into the WikiPage, so don't spend too much time on this
- If there is an image on any WikiPage, don't worry about translating it for the time being.
- Take a look at this page for a few tips on editing WikiPages and do send me any questions you have. Camilla

J'ai trouvé la solution pour aller directement à une traduction dans le launchpad, j'ai ajouté ce point dans le tutorial et traduit jusqu'à la ligne 150 Jean-Paul Grange 5:15 pm
