About
"This is a cosmic issue as well as an earthly issue. Precisely from the example of agriculture, we can see how necessary it is to derive forces from Spirit, forces that are quite yet unknown."
~Rudolf Steiner
This group is created to further interest in and education about Biodynamic Agriculture. Biodynamics is truely the earliest organic agriculture movement (post-industrial invasion), and offers not only powerful organic and ecological practices- but a whole new paradigm of thinking as well. Infused within the practice is a coherent spiritual framework and picture of Nature and her workings, as well as a necessary community building impulse.
The Biodynamic movement was catylized by clairvoyant scientist Rudolf Steiner after a series of lectures in 1924. Steiner also developed the Waldorf Pedagogy to which Biodyanmics is inextricably linked.
