Hi Kathryn,
Sorry for the confusion - we've been transitioning our servers to a new set of hardware and it's tied up our technical resources for the time being. I'll check in with the technical team to have them investigate this, but as they've got their hands full managing the transition, it may be a bit of time before we can correct this.

Hello. We are in Australia and have started using Chatterbox a lot but it displays the wrong times. Can we change it to display local eastern Australian time? AEST Melbourne?
We tried setting the time zone for the group and personally but it didn't change.
I have searched and couldn't find a solution.
