Tuesday AND Thursday, 5:30 pm, at Campus West, aka the Frog Farm ... the former Honour Farm at Rice Road and Highway 150 in Ojai (Mira Monte, Meiners Oaks border
This week, for those who want to garden, or talk about
GaiaCulture/Permaculture, we have a Wizards of Ojai West W.O.W.! meeting at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, July 1st, to talk about the Electric Tree, Electric Forest, Electric Earth, same location as our garden brainstorming. We also have a Frog Farm Gardeners gathering at 5:30 pm on Thursday, July 3rd, my birthday, for a garden planting party, and vegan potluck, again same location -- all gentle minds, spirits, gardeners, welcome.
We will be picking up a load of much-aged horse manure on Monday, and piling it on the intended 'Pumpkin' (winter squash) bed. During the week, or during the Tuesday and Thursday eve gathering, we will pile soil on top of that, and on Thursday eve we will plant on the 3-4 inch tall squashes in the mix!

home now.]
