HI Whysperanu, We're actually working on fixing that issue - sometimes it has been the case of browsers (Safarai and ACE Explorer won't work, as they don't support AJAX javascript), but if you're using Firefox and Internet Explorer, it should pop up. However, we have noticed that the ABOUT section errors is popping up more frequently, and it's something the tech team is working on. For now, you might be able to resolve the problem by clearing your cache, cookies, and browsing history in your browser.

Please follow the instructions below for clearing your browser's cache:

If you are using Internet Explorer 6+,
1. On the Internet Explorer 6 Tools menu, click Internet Options. The Internet Options box should open to the General tab.

2. On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button and Delete Cookies. This will delete all the files that are currently stored in your cache.

3. Click OK, and then click OK again.

If you are using Firefox 2.0+,
1. Go to Tools -> Clear Private Data.

2. Check all the boxes, from Browsing History down to Authenticated Sessions.

3. Click on "Clear Private Data" now.
