Lawrence -- Sorry to be so late getting here. I was off for a while, but I'm back now.

interests: energy policy, appropriate energy technology, sustainable communities and eco-villages; energy finance (particularly Pay-As-You-Save[TM] (PAYS(R))... www.paysamerica.org.
