Forming Phase:

Steps:
1. define work groups will co-create the process
2. send an email to all members to join the relevant group for there skills/interests
3. each group should discuss own target based objectives like: What is our competences? How can those be useful for improvment ? .. The group have to come out with one page-summery about the group

Improvement Concept-Co-Creation Phase
1. Each group should declare one coordinator.
2. Coordinators will create a concept draft from the whole papers the groups has delivered.
3. Present the draft for the whole community for discussion and tuning
4. Set-Up an editing group to write the new concept


Planing Phase
1. Define Action-Items Blocks, Mile stones
etc.
