I attempted to log in to view mail I received and forgot my name and password. I followed your instructions and you sent me my name and a new password. But it would not work.

So I looked for help - found none. Then went to enter this bug report, and was confronted, in Kafka-esque style, with a page that asked for my name and password.

So, I entered the name you sent me and a password that should have worked the first time. It worked this time. So it will be interesting to see if it works again.
